1. Where is the Deloix Aqua Center Hotel located?
The Deloix Aqua Center Hotel is located in Benidorm, in a residential area 2km from Levante Beach and very close to theme parks, entertainment areas and main tourist attractions.
2. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. There is the possibility of late check-out subject to availability and for an additional fee.
3. What types of rooms does the hotel offer?
The hotel offers double and family rooms, all of them spacious and fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, terrace, minibar, safe, Smart TV and bathroom with shower or bathtub.
4. Does the hotel offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the Deloix Aqua Center Hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.
5. What accommodation options are available?
You can choose between bed and breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive, depending on your needs. We are flexible, in the change of the first service on the day of arrival, you can choose between lunch or dinner. Half board includes breakfast and a choice between lunch or dinner, without the need to notify at the time.
6. Does the hotel have a buffet restaurant?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet services. It serves Mediterranean and international cuisine, showcases live cooking or Show Cooking, and has options for special diets, celiac, intolerances, always upon request.
7. Are there bars inside the hotel?
The hotel features several bars, including a Lobby Bar with its terrace, a Pool Bar and during the summer, a Rooftop Bar. In all of them, you can enjoy a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, as well as snacks and food.
8. Does the hotel have a spa and gym?
Yes, the Deloix Aqua Hotel has a complete Wellness Spa Center with a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and wellness treatments, all at a cost. It also features its well-known Aqua Center, free for all guests and suitable for children, which has 2 heated pools, water currents, jacuzzis, and therapeutic jets. The use of swimming caps is mandatory for everyone.
9. Are the swimming pools open all year round?
Yes, all swimming pools, both outdoor and indoor, are open all year round. The only exception is the Adults Only Pool, located on the rooftop of block 3, which is open in the months of July and August.
10. Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Yes, it is an ideal hotel for families, as it has very spacious rooms, a themed children’s pool with slides, child animation, a ball park for the little ones, a swing area, mini disco, activities and spaces designed for the little ones such as a game room or recreational area.
11. Is there animation and entertainment?
The hotel offers a comprehensive entertainment program for both children and adults, throughout the year, with sports activities, kids activities, Aqua Gym, night shows and live entertainment. In addition, the children will be accompanied by our mascot, the Pirate Loix.
12. Does the Deloix Aqua Center Hotel have parking?
Yes, the hotel has a spacious private underground parking lot with limited spaces. The parking lot has a daily fee. Additionally, it has 3 spaces with electric chargers.
13. Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the hotel is adapted and has 6 rooms and facilities accessible for people with reduced mobility.
14. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, the Deloix Aqua Center Hotel does not allow pets, with the exception of guide dogs as per current regulations.
15. Does the hotel offer services for cyclists and athletes?
Yes, the hotel is prepared for cyclists and athletes, with specially designed spaces to store bicycles. It also has a bicycle washing area and a workshop with basic tools for their maintenance and specialized services.
16. Can events or meetings be held at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has halls and event spaces that can accommodate up to 500 people, for business meetings, private celebrations and conventions.
17. What are the advantages of booking from the official website?
Booking from the official website always guarantees the best price, exclusive offers, greater flexibility, and personalized attention.
18. Is there airport shuttle service?
The hotel can arrange airport transfers upon request, provided that you book through our website or our reservations department, for minimum stays of 7 nights and on specific dates at no additional cost, subject to availability.
19. What places of interest are near the hotel?
Near the hotel, you will find beaches, and within less than 5 minutes are the theme parks Aqualandia and Mundomar, golf courses, restaurants and entertainment areas. 200m from the Benidorm Center.
20. What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on the selected rate. Some offers allow free cancellation and others have specific conditions which are indicated during the booking.
21. Do the rooms have a safe?
All rooms come with a free electronic safe, large enough for your computer.
22. Is the reception open 24 hours?
The reception service is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address any concerns.
23. What are the payment methods for the reservation?
The method of payment is during check-in upon arrival at the hotel. It can be paid by cash or credit card. We remind you that payments over €1,000 cannot be made in cash.
24. How many beds are there in each room?
All rooms have 2 single beds of 1.05, and a sofa bed of 1.4×2.00m. There are a small number of double rooms, which can be assigned on the day of arrival on a first-come, first-served basis. These cannot be guaranteed.
25. Do you have showers in the rooms?
All rooms have a bathtub, except 20 of them, which only have a shower tray. Available upon request on the day of arrival. Cannot be guaranteed.
26. Do you have a luggage storage service?
Yes, we do have a room called a luggage storage where you can leave your bags at no extra cost. Additionally, the hotel has changing rooms in case you want to continue enjoying the facilities and have a shower after checking out of your room at 12:00pm.
27. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
If you have booked via our website or through our reservation department, once the purchasing process is completed, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation. Check your inbox.
28. Should I include small children or infants in the reservation?
Yes, it is necessary to include all occupants. Up to 2 years, they are considered babies and have no cost. From 3 years to 12 years inclusive, they are children. From 13 years onwards, they are considered adults.
29. Can I request a crib? What is the cost?
In case you require this service, you can request it upon arrival or by sending an email to the hotel. The cost is 7 € per night and crib.
30. Is there an iron available for the customer?
Yes, upon request at the reception.
31. Does using the Aqua Center have a cost?
No, it is free and children accompanied by an adult are allowed entry.
