How to obtain your free transfer to and from Alicante airport/train station?

Book your stay through our website for a minimum stay of 7 nights or more*.

Fill out the form below with the confirmation number of your reservation*
*If your stay is less than 7 nights, you can hire the transfer service, but you will have to pay for the service. The transfer dates must necessarily coincide with the check-in and check-out dates of the reservation at the hotel. The free option is only offered from 19/03 to 22/06 and from 07/09 to 31/12.
*It is mandatory to fill out the form to book the transfer at least 72 hours before departure and receive confirmation.
Important notice: the transfer service will be unavailable on December 25, Christmas Day. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The transfer service is operated by the company Beniconnect, therefore, Hotel Deloix is not responsible for any delays/cancellations.
Terms
- The transfer is done to and from Alicante airport (ALC) or to and from Alicante train station (RENFE).
- Available 7 days a week all year round, with the exception of December 25th.
- The maximum waiting time at the airport upon arrival is 30 minutes, from arriving at the Beniconnect counter. In addition, we guarantee a maximum of between 4 and 6 stops (depending on the accommodation), both on departures and arrivals.
- The company providing the Transfer service from November 1st to March 31st provides this service for transfers arriving or departing from the airport between 08:00hrs and 22:00hrs. From April 1st to October 31st, this service is offered for transfers 24 hours a day.
- This service connects Benidorm (4), Albir (4), La Cala de Finestrat (4), Villajoyosa (4), Altea (6), Alfaz del Pi (6), La Nucia (6) and Polop (6) with Alicante airport.
- The free transfer allows one suitcase per person and hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your reservation, you must pay the amount to Beniconnect upon arrival and departure.
- This service will not be available from 06/23 to 09/09.
